Lontong Isi

Lontong Fill Material:


* 500 kg of white rice

* 750 cc water

* 1 tsp salt

* Banana leaves, pieces of square



To fill:


* 2 pcs red onion, finely sliced

* 2 cloves garlic, finely sliced

* 2 btg onions, finely sliced

* 500 gr beef miller

* 1 tsp sugar

* Sweet soy sauce, salt, and pepper powder adequate

* 3 tbsp vegetable oil, need to



Method:


1. Create content: stir-fry sliced onion and garlic until fragrant. Enter the minced meat, onions, sweet soy sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper powder, cooking until cooked and dry. Lift.
