Mie Ayam Kampung1 / 2 kg of chicken eggs Mie (be ready)
Oil 100 ml chicken
100 ml Soy sauce salted
300 gr chicken meat, boiled and cut kotak2
Soy sauce 3 tbsp sweet
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 stem Scallion
Caisim, flavor, fried onion

Fine spices:
3 cloves bw. white
5 cloves bw. red
1 tsp coriander
3 cm turmeric
3 cm ginger
4 eggs hazelnut

Bahan2 stock:
2 ltr water
1 / 2 kg of chicken bones
1 / 2 tsp salt
1 / 2 tsp pepper powder

(Rebus chicken bones, and add salt & pepper powder)

Oil Chicken:
1. Take the chicken skin and fat, with the heat of the fire in a small frying pan, add 2 cloves bw.putih (I have digeprak). Heat until all the oil out from the skin and fat of chicken. Oil chicken ready to use.

Method:
