Goat kebab beer, wine, yoghurt sauce

Materials:
500 grams of goat meat, chopped (material kebab)
1 tsp leaf parsley, chopped (material kebab)

2 tsp cucumber pickles, chopped fine (of beer, wine, yoghurt)
1 tsp lemon juice (of beer, wine, yoghurt)
1 / 2 tsp sugar (of beer, wine, yoghurt)

How to prepare:


Make Kebab:
1. Toss all ingredients, stir well until smooth, then form dough into round-ellipse (about 10 cm), with the pin skewer.
