Gimbal Udang
Ingredients:

100 gr wheat flour
1 chicken eggs
3 cloves garlic, puree
1 / 2 tsp salt
1 / 2 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp coriander
20 cc coconut water
250 gr peeled shrimp
1 tbsp sliced kucai
adequate cooking oil

Method:


1. Wheat flour mixed with spices, eggs, chicken, and coconut milk, stir well average.
