Materials:
500 grams fillet kakap
Perendam flavoring materials: (a mixed one)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons chili sauce
3 tablespoons soy sauce rnanis
2 tsp liquid margarine
Dressing materials: (a mixed one)
3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
Eggs 1 onion, chopped
1 red chili, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
How to prepare:
1. Cut the fish to 6 square.
2. Lumuri fish with a mixture of spices perendam, and seen for 15 minutes so that the flavor permeate.
3. Grilled fish at the top of the coals of fire while behind the back-up well.
4. Serve with sauce.
