Materials:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
1 red paprika, chopped fine
1 red chili, finely chopped
1 can tomatoes
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
4 pieces of salami
1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
How to prepare:
1. Stir-fry onion, paprika, chilli, tomatoes, salt, tomato paste, and olive oil. After wilting, cast in the heat-resistant bowl.
2. Create holes, and pecahkan eggs one by one into the hole. Cover eggs with salami.
3. Roast for 30 minutes, then lift taburkan parsley.
4. Serve warm.
