Materials:
1 chicken cut section 16
2 stem Serai in memarkan
6 units of red onion and the right
1 pandan leaf
5 existed orange leaves
50 ml oil
150 ml of water
1 lemon
12 red chilies
10 pcs red chili sauce
7 cloves garlic
4 cm ginger
How to prepare:
1. Puree of red chili, cayenne red garlic and ginger seen.
2. Stir-fry the onion, Serai and pandan leaves and onion until browned.
3. Enter the spices and mashed orange leaves, stir well until fragrant.
