Soccer Corn

Consume too much oily food (fried-gorengan) is not recommended. But occasionally the body needs food tasty and oily.
Moreover soccer-ball corn is very delicious and nutritious, and certainly enjoyed by all family members.

Materials:
175 grams of flour atta (wheat flour)
75 grams of flour besen (green bean flour)
1 / 2 teaspoon soda cake
1 / 2 tsp turmeric powder
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
1 / 2 tsp pepper powder
2 cm ginger, grated
2 sweet corn, boiled, pipil
2 green chillies, cut into dice 1 / 2 cm
1 stalk celery
100 grams of maize pipil fresh or frozen, puree with a blender
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons fresh yogurt
3 tablespoons oil, heat the oil to fry adequate

How to prepare:


1. Toss flour atta, besen flour, soda cake, turmeric, salt, pepper, ginger, pipil sweet corn, green chilies, celery. Stir well.
2. Add corn fine, lemon juice, and yogurt. Mixed average. Enter the hot oil, mixed flat.
3. Form the dough into a ball, small ball.
4. Fry in hot oil.
5. Serve while warm.
