Lemon mousse

Lemon mousse with a fresh taste, suitable as food dihidangkan cover in a hot day.

Materials:
150 grams sugar
6 orange lemon
40 grams gelatine orange taste
60 cc hot water
250 cc liquid milk
200 cc whipping cream
3 eggs

How to prepare:


1. PERAS orange and lemon extract the water.
2. Larutkan gelatine orange taste with hot water 60 cc.
3. Separate egg white and yellow.
4. Shake the yellow eggs and sugar until soft, add the liquid milk.
5. Move to a small saucepan, heat until the fire is boiling.
6. Turn off the fire, Leave it to lose steam heat.
7. Enter the water facial orange lemon, gelatine which has been reconstitution and whipping cream, stir well until evenly mixed.
8. Shake to the average egg white, into the dough, slosh back up to average.
