Cap Cay Fry

Cap cay fried, typical cuisine from China this is not a foreign tongue at us again.
And healthful food, ideal for families:)

Materials:
1 chicken breast cut thin
200 g shrimp, peeled
5 eggs of fish ball split 2
5 leaves cabbage leaves
10 piece SAWI caisim cut
3 leaves empty cut
1 celery leaves and stem cut
3 tomatoes split 4
1 onion 4 split
2 carrots cut oblique & thin
3 cloves garlic
4 tbsp tomato sauce
4 tablespoons sago flour / corn flour
Adequate salt
Pepper adequate fine
Flavor according to taste

How to prepare:


1. Stir-fry garlic until fragrant yellow and smell.
2. Enter the chicken and shrimp at a time, stir well to the average half-cooked.
3. Add a glass of water.
4. After boiling enter the carrot, fish ball and other vegetables.
5. Stir well and hold while adding tomato sauce, salt, pepper and flavor.
6. After taste it, enter the liquid sago flour / corn flour.
7. Immediately lift from the fire.
8. Serve while warm.

Note: Cap cay, which is delicious when vegetables are still crispy.
