Materials:
5 fruit cikiao (ready to wear) *
6 units button mushrooms, cut two
1 clove garlic, memarkan
2 cm ginger, memarkan
3 tablespoons soy sauce salt
500 ml stock (according to taste)
1 tablespoon flour corn flour
1 egg, shake off
2 tablespoons sesame oil
* To cikiao ready for use can be bought in supermarkets nearby.
How to prepare:
1. Stir-fry garlic and ginger in sesame oil until fragrant.
2. Enter cikiao, button mushroom soy sauce and salt, mixed flat.
3. Pour broth.
4. After boiling, kentalkan with corn flour.
5. After boiling again, enter the egg shake while strained.
6. Let briefly.
7. Lift and serve warm
