Honey Chocolate mousse

If you chocolate fans, you certainly tempted to try one of these recipes. :)

200 gr cooking milk cake, lelehkan
200 cc whipping cream
150 cc liquid milk
3 yellow
100 gr sugar
1 egg white
60 g gelatin, larutkan with hot water
80 cc hot water, for gelatin dissolves
100 cc honey

How to prepare:

1. Shake yellow eggs with sugar, add liquid milk, cooking over fire is, while slosh-slosh. Let boil, turn off the fire.
2. Enter the gelatin that has been reconstitution with hot water, melt chocolate, honey and whipping cream. Mixed average.
3. Shake egg white until stiff. Cast into the dough honey, and stir well until all ingredients evenly mixed.
